Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you're covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund — no questions asked.

You have two options:

Option 1 — Return for a Full Refund

Send the product back to us and we'll refund the full price you paid for the product.

  • To start, email us at support@tryacrom.com and we'll provide return instructions.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (the postage to send the product back to us). This return-shipping cost is separate from your refund and is not deducted from it — your purchase price is refunded in full.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we'll issue your full refund to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. After we issue it, the time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Option 2 — Keep It and Get 50% Back

Don't want the hassle of shipping anything back? We'll refund 50% of the product price and you keep the product. No return needed.

  • Just email support@tryacrom.com to choose this option.
  • We'll issue the 50% refund to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. After we issue it, the time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

How to Start a Refund

Email support@tryacrom.com with your order number and let us know which option you'd like. That's it.

Shipping Costs

We refund the full price you paid for the product(s), whether your order was placed in the U.S. or internationally. Any shipping charges you paid are non-refundable. The cost of returning a product to us (Option 1) is also your responsibility, as described above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is on us. Email support@tryacrom.com with a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

Subscriptions

Your 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Recurring orders after that are covered by this policy as well. For how billing and cancellation work, see our Subscription Policy.

Refund Processing

We issue approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Once we issue a refund, the time for it to post to your account is determined by your bank or card provider and is outside our control.
