This policy explains how and when we process and ship orders. Please read it before ordering, as it sets your expectations for delivery times.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days of being placed.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or seasonal surges, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free standard U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders. Any applicable free-shipping minimum and shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Estimated delivery: typically 5–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Estimated delivery varies by destination. International delivery times depend on the destination country, local carriers, and customs processing, and can range from approximately one to several weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow your delivery's progress.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
  • Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime at tryacrom.com using the "Track Your Order" page.

Delays

Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@tryacrom.com and we'll help.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your household and neighbors and contact the carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@tryacrom.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

For packages marked as delivered but reported missing, we may open an investigation with the carrier. Depending on the outcome of that investigation and the circumstances of your order, we may — at our discretion — provide a replacement, store credit, a refund, or another resolution. Because packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are outside our control, a replacement or refund is not guaranteed in every case, but we will review each situation in good faith and work with you toward a fair resolution.

For packages that arrive damaged, please contact us with photos within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
