At ACROM, we offer a flexible subscription service to ensure you never run out of your favorite products. By choosing our subscription option, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscription Terms
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout.

Recurring Charges: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each automated delivery until you choose to cancel.

Pricing: Subscriptions often include a discount compared to one-time purchases. If the price of the product changes, we will notify you before your next billing cycle.
2. How to Cancel
We believe in total flexibility. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
To cancel your subscription:

Login to Your Account: Visit tryacrom.com/account and log in using the email address used for your purchase.

Manage Subscriptions: Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" tab.

Cancel or Pause: Select the active subscription you wish to modify and click "Cancel Subscription."
Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@tryacrom.com, and we will handle the cancellation for you. Please allow 48 hours for manual processing.
3. Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following scheduled delivery.
4. Skip or Reschedule
Not ready for your next shipment? Instead of cancelling, you can "Skip" a delivery or change your next charge date within your customer portal. This keeps your subscription active and maintains any "Subscriber Only" discounts you may have.
5. Returns on Subscriptions
Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent recurring orders are subject to our standard return policy. If you wish to return a recurring shipment, please contact us at support@tryacrom.com.
